"I asked Linda to do Reiki on me long distance (by phone) to help me balance my thyroid and lose weight. While she was doing the second session, I remembered the pain I had been experiencing between my right under arm area and my right breast.There were some small knots there. Sometimes this was pretty scary to me. She addressed the area and really picked up on the seriousness of the condition, and advised me to see a Dr. I told her I had been planning on doing that. “I was out of state when it happened, for my mother's funeral. She was 105 when she died, and I was 84 at the time. I dropped a book on my foot, and that caused me to twist my ankle. My ankle got so swollen that I couldn't walk on it, and I had to ride in my mother's wheelchair. By the third day, I thought of Linda, and I called her from Oklahoma. "When I first went to see Linda, I had 17 surgical procedures over the previous 2 1/2 years, including three on my left shoulder (including a total joint replacement), and three on my right shoulder. My left shoulder was frozen, and I had chronic pain of 5 - 6, on a scale of 0 -10, even with pain medicine. The Doctors had told me there was no rehab. After one session with Linda, the pain was totally gone, and I had free movement in the shoulders in all directions. After two weeks I was able to lift a 45 pound suitcase up to the overhead compartment on a plane. After my second session with Linda, I stopped taking the pain medication, because my shoulders no longer hurt, and my knees did not wake me up in the night any longer.
